What we process

The name, email address, phone number (optional) and message you enter in the enquiry form.

To filter abuse we look at the sending IP address and at how long passed between opening and submitting the form. The IP address is held only in the server’s memory, for at most one hour, and is never stored permanently.

Purpose and legal basis

We use what you enter in the form solely to answer your enquiry. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR: steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract.

The legal basis for processing the IP address is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, legitimate interest: protecting the form against automated abuse.

Providing the data is voluntary, but without the name, email address and message we cannot answer the enquiry.

How long we keep it

We keep the enquiry and the correspondence around it for one year after the matter is closed, then delete it.

The IP address expires by itself after at most one hour, with no separate deletion step.

Who else processes it

The form’s message is delivered by email through Resend, Inc. (United States). The site is hosted by Vercel Inc. (United States), whose server logs may include the IP addresses of requests.

Both act as processors, only on our instructions. Because they operate in the United States, the data is transferred to a third country; that transfer takes place under the safeguards set out in the data processing agreements with them.

Beyond this we pass the data to no one, and use it for nothing else.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and loads nothing from a third-party host — the fonts are served from our own server too. That is also why there is no cookie consent banner: there is nothing to consent to.

Your rights

You may request access to the data we hold about you, its rectification or erasure, or restriction of processing; you may object to processing based on legitimate interest; and you may request data portability.

Complaints and remedies

If you believe the processing infringes your rights, you may lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, or go directly to court.
