Materials
PLA
polylactic acidBiodegradable and easy to print. Heat sensitive: it softens above 50 °C and strong alkalis attack it.
PETG
better heat and chemical resistanceBetter mechanical, thermal and chemical resistance than PLA. The default for general production parts.
ASA
UV stable, outdoorIts UV stability keeps mechanical and chemical properties intact outdoors. Rigid, weather resistant, antistatic.
Glow-in-the-dark
safety markingIt absorbs visible light during the day and glows in the dark. Used for industrial and safety marking.
Wood-filled
PLA + cellulose fibrePlant fibre blended into PLA gives a wood appearance. For visible, unloaded parts.
Carbon-filled
high stiffnessCarbon-fibre reinforced, with very high mechanical strength. For loaded structural parts.
